NUHS Meal Ordering System (eMOS) is a harmonised meal ordering system across institutions (NUH, AH, etc).

Objectives of NUHS Meal Ordering System (eMOS) are as below: 

i.    Enhanced patient experience: unified system ensures consistent processes across institutions whereby patients transferred between hospitals would en-counter familiar meal ordering process, potentially improving their comfort and satisfaction.

ii.    Cost efficiency: the consolidation of systems does results in reduction of the system maintenance cost.

iii.    Data consolidation: single system allows for easier collection and analysis of data across all institutions, which can lead to better decision-making and re-source allocation.

iv.    Simplified training: staff from any NUHS institutions could be easily trained on one shared system , aiding in cross-institution deployment, if needed. 

Internship Scope:
1. Support the project implementation for meal ordering system
2. Assist the project team for coordination with the users and vendors
3. Maintain documentation on system specifications, processes and updates
4. Support deployment of new system
5. Assist in logging and tracking bugs or issues in testing environment.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Infocomm & Security, or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2026
• Possess basic understanding of Cloud computing, IT Networking and Security.
• Interested in IT Project Management.
• Independent, willing to travel to institutions (NUH and AH) when needed.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
