This internship offers hands-on experience in managing IT infrastructure, helping healthcare professionals to deliver top-notch services while enhancing workflows and user experiences.

 

The selected intern will assist in following:

1. Configure and Manage EUC Solutions: You'll work on setting up and managing End-User Computing (EUC) solutions to ensure they integrate smoothly into healthcare environments.
2. Provide Technical Support: Be the go-to person for healthcare professionals! You'll assist them with troubleshooting, answering questions, and resolving any software or hardware issues they encounter.
3. Assist with IT System Upgrades: Get involved in implementing or upgrading IT systems. This includes configuring software, testing functionality, and ensuring everything works well with existing infrastructure.
4. Collaborate on IT Projects: Join small-scale IT projects where you'll track progress and contribute to deliverables that improve healthcare services.
5. Support Planning and Technical Activities: Help plan and execute technical activities for new healthcare institutions, making a real impact in the community.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline

  • Graduating in May 2026

  • Familiar with End User Computing (EUC) concepts, including endpoint management and mobile devices.

  • Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to reimagine the future of HealthTech
