NHG's Cybersecurity team is looking to enhance our security awareness programme by incorporating AI technologies and creative multimedia content. With cyber threats constantly evolving, we need innovative ways to engage our healthcare staff and strengthen our cyber defence through effective awareness training.

The intern will join Synapxe NHG's Cybersecurity team to revolutionise how we deliver security awareness training. Using creative tools, combined with AI technologies, they will help develop engaging content that resonates with healthcare staff. This includes creating animated videos, infographics, and interactive materials that make cybersecurity concepts more accessible and memorable.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Develop and enhance security awareness materials
  • Create engaging multimedia content for animated video storytelling
  • Design visually appealing infographics and social media content
  • Incorporate AI tools to personalise learning experiences for NHG staff
  • Develop scenario-based learning content focusing on healthcare-specific cybersecurity challenges
• AI Integration Projects
  • Implement AI-powered chatbots for instant cybersecurity guidance
  • Develop personalised learning paths based on staff roles and departments
  • Create AI-assisted assessment tools to measure learning effectiveness
  • Explore AI applications for automated content generation and adaptation
• Programme Enhancement
  • Research and implement gamification elements
  • Design interactive quizzes and assessments
  • Track and analyse engagement metrics
  • Gather and incorporate user feedback for continuous improvement

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related field
• Graduating in May 2027
• Strong interest in AI applications and creative content development
• Proficiency in:
  • Video creation and animation preferred (e.g. Vyond and Canva)
  • Basic understanding of AI concepts
• Creative mindset with storytelling abilities
• Strong communication skills
• Self-motivated learner with attention to detail
• Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly content
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be based at a Public Healthcare Instutitions (PHIs) and expected to travel to other PHIs.
