The intern will join Synapxe Central Infra Svcs-CII Focused Svcs team in digitalizing the workplace of Synapxe. The scope of responsibilities encompass various domains, including document management, cost analysis, and content development.

 

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

  • MS Office Suite & SharePoint: Create, manage, and share documentation using Word, Excel, and SharePoint to facilitate cross-functional collaboration. Organize file structures and maintain version control to ensure consistency and accessibility.
  • PowerPoint Presentations: Design and deliver impactful presentation decks for project updates, team meetings, and stakeholder reviews, incorporating visual storytelling to effectively convey data and insights.
  • Excel & Project Cost Assessment: Utilize Excel for data analysis and budgeting, including cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Web Design & Content Management: Support the design and updates of internal web pages, ensuring user-friendly layouts and mobile responsiveness. Manage digital media content, including images, videos, and written materials, aligning with branding and communication goals.

 

Key Initiatives: 

  • Intranet Setup and Management: Design and maintain an internal intranet portal to centralize information, resources, and communication for the team or department.
  • WorkVivo (or Similar Platform) Engagement: Utilize WorkVivo to enhance internal communication and employee engagement through news updates, recognition posts, and interactive features.
  • Event Creation and Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute internal events (e.g., team celebrations, learning sessions, awareness weeks).
  • Project Tracking and Reporting: Develop and maintain trackers for project progress, milestones, risks, and deliverables. 
  • Costing and Budget Tracking: Monitor and manage the financial aspects of projects and events, including budget allocation, expenses, and forecasts. 
  • Management Presentations: Prepare clear, concise, and impactful presentations for senior leadership to report status, achievements, and key metrics. 

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Infocomm & Security, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field
  • Graduating in May 2027
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Sharepoint.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
