This internship role is pivotal in supporting the public healthcare institutions in project implementation, deployment, and ongoing support.
The key responsibilities include:
- Gaining a comprehensive understanding of EUC technology and mobility solutions in the healthcare sector
- Developing automation processes and workflows to enhance efficiency
- Understanding the baseline security standards for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices within the healthcare environment
The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:
- Offer technical assistance, including troubleshooting problems related to hardware, software, or network connectivity
- Deploy and managing hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers
- Manage the inventory and deployment list, ensuring it is updated and accurate as needed
- Track and follow up on issues, providing summaries and reports on the issues you are responsible for
About you:
- Be pursuing a Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Graduating in May 2027
- Possess IT knowledge and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and address challenges within End User Computing (EUC)
- An active team player, capable of building relationships and communicating effectively with others to ensure successful team delivery
- Optional: familiarity with end user computing, along with skills in troubleshooting common issues related to end user computing and iPads/iPhones
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
Interns will be based at a Public Healthcare Instutitions (PHIs) and expected to travel to other PHIs.
