The selected intern will support NHG One Queue Management System Project implementation and process automation with the use of co-Pilot/Power automate etc tools.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Support the rollout of Cluster Electronic Queue Management System (EQMS).
• Participate in SDLC activities from requirements gathering, project and stakeholder management, unit testing to implementation activities.
• Support to develop automation process using tools to improve BAU area and HITS minutes taking & coordination.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Infocomm & Security, or related discipline
• Graduating in Dec 2027
• Basic knowledge of IT system architecture and IT security.
• Exercises computational thinking to digest and resolve large complex issues.
• Basic knowledge of automation tools like Teams, Power Automate.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work with different disciplines.
• Positive attitude and willing to explore new healthcare environment.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be based at a Public Healthcare Instutitions (PHIs) and expected to travel to other PHIs.
