The Central Infra Services L3 Support is built to support the Infrastructure of Central Services, such as Cybersecurity-As-A-Services (CSM) and designed to be the contact point for 18 CSM to resolve technical issues. A set of standardized protocol with a focus on ticket handling, as well as escalation, has been developed. 

 

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

 

  • Maintain and administer user access of Security Operations Portal
  • Schedule security checks in accordance with reporting schedules
  • Prepare periodic status reports
  • Assist management in exploring and continuously recommending tightening of public healthcare endpoint security
  • Respond to user requests for technical assistance
  • Assess incident severity
  • Set clear user expectations on issue resolution
  • Provide support of other Security Projects

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Business Information Systems, Information Security, Information Technology or related discipline
  • Graduating in May 2027
  • Diligent and takes an analytical approach to perform real-time analysis. Skilled in synthesizing trends and insights. And is confident in putting forth creative mitigation plans and solutions to any incident.
  • Able to quickly and effectively solve issues as they arise, able to methodically identify the cause of the issue, evaluate it and develop a solution in collaboration with the team.
  • Communicates effectively and displays high level of service standards, works well with the team and is able to guide them to ensure infrastructure project are well implemented
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
