The intern will join Synapxe Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Projects team to support institutions’ Regional Health, Call Centre, Feedback Management, Outreach Management etc. These system help to manage clients/patients relationship and interactions, including appointment, case management escalation, enquiries etc.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Business requirements gathering, work with users to develop the business use cases and documentation
• Facilitate workshops to develop business requirements
• Participate in test scripts preparation, system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing
• Work with user and support team to understand and troubleshoot technical problems, as and when needed

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Big Data & Analytics, or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Possess strong analytical skill and able to work under tight timelines
• Innovative, proactive and a multi-tasker with an inquisitive mind
• Good team player with strong communication skills with project teams, stakeholders and vendors including both technical and non-technical personnel.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech

Interns will be expected to travel to other Public Healthcare Instutitions (PHIs).
