The intern will join Synapxe Customer Relationship Management (CRM) team, which primarily uses the technology on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Amazon Web Services (AWS) to support for the CRM systems which covers Call Centre, Outreach to Residents for HealthierSG Programs and building relationship with Partners.
The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:
- Track and ensure compliance to SLAs, KPIs and metrics relating to service performance and operations performance
- Attending to queries, 1st or 2nd level support.
- Continuous oversight and management (includes reporting, root cause analysis, closure, tracking, incident report review) of Bugs fixes from Initiation to Closure
- Adhoc Application healthcheck due to application defect
- Drives internal and 3rd party service provider / vendor review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes
About you:
- Be pursuing a Diploma in Infocomm & Security, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline
- Graduating in May 2027
- Preferably with hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Preferably with hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
