The intern will join Synapxe MOHH Entities CIO Office team to analyse and improve existing business processes by developing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), making processes more efficient and reducing human errors. They will be responsible to perform RPA development using UiPath or Excel Visual Basic Application (VBA) to enable the new revised processes. Areas of potential RPA areas include: operations, financial and procurement processes.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Process Analysis and Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement using business process improvement methodologies.
• RPA / Excel VBA Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement solutions to automate identified processes, focusing on maximizing efficiency and reducing operational costs.
• Continuous Improvement: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, providing ongoing support for refining and optimizing automated processes.
• Dashboard Visualization: To derive insights from data to apply on real world projects in healthcare sector in an agile manner. (Optional)
• Ad Hoc Task: Undertake ad-hoc assignments and projects as per required and to respond promptly and effectively to unforeseen challenges, and a problem solving mindset.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Experience in RPA, Excel VBA or Python programming and dashboard visualisation (Optional)
• Strong understanding of RPA Solution and fundamentals
• Able to perform feasibility impact assessment and effort estimation for new requests
• Knowledge in UiPath RPA tool and Excel VBA
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure and a good team player
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
