The intern will join Synapxe Capability Enablement team to be involved in different aspects of the multi-stage journey to build a sustainable IT Asset Lifecycle management capability across all of Synapxe's product teams, covering over 800 business and infrastructure applications.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Defining the problem - involves applying design thinking, root cause analysis, requirements gathering and analysis, strategic planning, data analysis to find patterns, trends and insights. These will be used to plan and facilitate focus groups and workshop with groups ranging from 5 to 50+ people.
• Planning - scenario planning, anticipation and management of risks, project planning, designing a project plan or timeline, defining planning scopes of work across cross-functional teams.
• Analysis & Design - the goal is to design new or improve existing business processes and workflows. You must apply appropriate tools and methodologies such as value stream mapping, surveys, or other tools, to develop evidence-based solutions.
• Monitor & Measure - develop tools and procedures to measure adoption, improvement and feedback. Develop decision matrices to help prioritize change requests and new scope. Manipulate and analyse primary and secondary data for learnings and insights and to report against KPIs and other measures of success.

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Infocomm & Security, or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Software skills: Visio, Microsoft Project, Power Automate, Power BI, mastery of complex formulas and functions in Excel  (intermediate to advanced user), Tableau (good-to-have)
• Able to apply data analytics and data management tools and methodologies to give us insights to real-world problems
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
