The intern will join Synapxe Business Office team to understand the different types of reports and propose solutions for data collection, automating report collation, and creating dashboards. This will involve streamlining and simplifying the existing reports collation process and providing proper documentation of the processes.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

• Portal Development
  • Propose and use available tools to design a database system with interactive interface for entering of KTLO data for generation of management reports (Part B). This also involve validation checks, dropdowns for standardized entries, and user authentication to maintain data integrity.
• Reports / Dashboards Automation
  • Propose and use available tools for data analysis, reporting and dashboard creation. Data is derived from multiple external sources and systems. The end-to-end process of data extraction, transformation and reporting should be automated as much as possible to minimise human intervention.

About you:

• Be pursuing a diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Business Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2027
• Knowledge on SQL, SharePoint, Excel, Tableau, Power Apps, PowerBI
• Possess analytical skill and good in documentation/reports/dashboarding
• An active team player who forms relationships and communicates with others effectively to support the delivery as a team
• An independent worker, resourceful in problem-solving and knowing when to escalate when necessary
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
