This internship sits within the Programme Management Office (PMO), which supports the successful delivery of strategic projects across the organisation. In addition to coordinating project activities, the PMO plays a critical role in managing change — ensuring that people, processes, and systems are aligned during major transformations.

 

The intern will work with the PMO team to support the planning and execution of project tasks, change initiatives, communications, and stakeholder engagement. This opportunity is ideal for students who are interested in understanding how structured delivery and people-centric change are integrated to support business outcomes.

 

The intern will be involved in supporting both project coordination and change management workstreams. He/she will gain hands-on experience in preparing internal communications, assisting with change readiness activities, and contributing to stakeholder engagement efforts.

 

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

  • Supporting the PMO team in preparing project plans, trackers, and meeting materials
  • Assisting with change impact assessments and tracking change adoption activities
  • Coordinating stakeholder communications, schedules, and feedback collection
  • Documenting lessons learned, change risks, and improvement suggestions
  • Helping maintain programme documentation, templates, and shared resources
  • Provide updates and support to department SharePoint site.

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline
  • Graduating in May 2027
  • Possess strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Good attention to detail and interest in structured project delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and curious with a desire to learn about organisational change
  • Passionate about improving how organisations deliver and adopt change, especially in the context of HealthTech
