The internship project involves working with Synapxe's Primary Care and HealthHub app, which aims to enhance healthcare accessibility and efficiency. The internship project focuses on providing students with hands-on experience in a real-world setting, allowing them to apply their academic knowledge to practical challenges. The project aims to develop skills in areas such as teamwork, problem-solving, and communication, which are essential for success in the workplace. Candidates will be evaluated based on their ability to collaborate effectively, think critically, and demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and development.
The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:
- Project Utilisation Review
- Resource Assignment
- Process Improvement work flow
- Project Utilisation Review and Resource Assignment
- Conduct a thorough tracking and review of the project budget vs actual (e.g budget financials and resource time log)
- Creation of more effective tracking format to ensure project manpower and non-manpower expenditure is within the budget
- Creation of dashboarding and presentation slides for monthly management status update
- Assist in the creation and submission of financial or time log reclass/ adjustment to the project planning office/ finance department
- Process Improvement Workflow
- Collaborate to establish a streamlined workflow aimed at improving overall processes.
- Implement a structured workflow to enhance process/operational efficiency, automate process whenever possible and ensure timely follow-ups on the outstanding items with the respective project stakeholders.
About you:
- Be pursuing a diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
- Graduating in May 2027
- Have deep interest in developing analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office
- Keen interest in Project Management, Business Administration, IT and Healthcare
- Possess basic understanding of financial and project management concepts
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, well-organised with great follow-up skill
- Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
