Successful candidates will be part of the Data Analytics Operations Level 1 and 2 Support that primarily involves service desk support, technical support specialist and/or subject matter experts. This internship project is suitable for those aspiring to have a career as a Service Desk Analyst or IT Support Specialist, as it will provide hands-on experience on end-users support, troubleshooting, documenting, monitoring, and responding to inquiries/requests in ticketing system.
Some of the responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Work in Level 1 Service Desk support, performing triage and routing of tickets.
- Perform User Access Matrix (UAM) activities.
- Will be rotated to Level 2 support to allow for expansion of technical skills and knowledge.
About you:
- Be pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Big Data & Analytics, Information Technology or related discipline
- Graduating in May 2026
- Preferably proficient in Python programming
- Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player
- Possess strong leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
