We are looking for suitable talents to join us in automation of IT Infrastructre and operations processes using  tools to increase workplace productivity and efficiency. The project will seek to reduce repeatable tasks, remediate incidents etc.

About the role:

• Learn about the operating the nationwide Automated Identity and Access Management (AIAM) system
• Gain exposure on different Identity and Access management practices across all Singapore's public hospitals and MOHH agencies
• Understand, review with stakeholders, document and re-engineer business and operation processes
• Create automation via scripting and MS Office products to facilitate operations and improve visibility of system health

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Applied AI and Analytics, Big Data & Analytics, Information Technology or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2026
• Strong analytical skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Adaptable, self-motivated, proactive and a strong team player
• Strong leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
