Be part of Health Finance Programme Management Office (HF PMO) team to learn the different project lifecycle phases from pre-assessment to implementation. Develop an indepth understanding of the Health Finance policies intiated by MOH, the objectives and benefits of the policy changes to the public and how the policies impact the Public Healthcare Instituitions' (PHIs) workflow, how policies translate into operational requirements and system enhancements on the ground. Most of the policy changes are Nationwide and hence this role provides exposure to the Singapore healthcare landscape. This role enables one develop capabilities in cross-functional and cross-organization domains.

The role allows one to sharpen both their analytical and problem solving skillsets during requirement assessment phases and project management skillsets such as scope planning, cost management, time management, integration management, communications management, procurement, risks management, quality management and interpersonal. 

About you:

• Be pursuing a Diploma in Business Information Systems, Information Technology, Data & Analytics or related discipline
• Graduating in May 2026
• Basic knowledge of project lifecycle stages and communication skillsets.
• Proactive and able to work in a versatile environment
• Strong leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications skills
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
