Position Overview

HealthHub SG is on an adventure to unify the health journey of our population.  With ever-increasing digitalisation of public healthcare services and a step change in adoption of our digital applications, a unique opportunity has arisen for a Product Analyst to translate our X-data and O-data into impactful insights and weave the insights into masterful data storytelling.

The potential candidate will need to develop BI solutions to understand product usage and customer activity, create and own multiple Product Key Performance Indicators, develop a deep understanding of product health and the customer experience, advance data acumen across the company, and promote strategic decisions through data storytelling.  Product managers, product marketers, policy analysts and senior management stakeholders will look to you to understand behaviours across the customer journeys and translate to actionable insights to elevate the citizen experience and outcomes.

 

 

Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform strategic and ad-hoc analysis in support of Digital Xperience and Engagement (DXE) team members such as product managers and digital marketing managers
  • Develop dashboards and define metrics that inform success for the DXE team and identify opportunities in data to accelerate product adoption, customer retention and engagement
  • Work with product managers to identify and procure cutting-edge product analytics tools and leverage digital agencies’ expertise to quickly level up our product analytics and data storytelling capabilities
  • Help design, execute and evaluate A/B tests to improve the user journey
  • Explain trends across data sources, potential opportunities for growth or improvement, and data caveats for descriptive, diagnostic, predictive (including forecasting), and prescriptive data projects
  • Explore large, complex, and loosely defined datasets to create actionable insights
  • Provide direction for the overall data strategy such as automating the handling of product usage data collection, PDPA compliance of data under management, cookie and privacy management, experimentation tools, A/B testing, etc. which may include working through vendors’ data teams to execute on the strategy
  • Operate in an iterative mindset, focused on delivering improvements and value
  • Act as a trusted voice of product data and insights in meetings and presentations
     

Requirements

  • 4+ years of data analysis experience, leveraging descriptive and predictive data techniques
  • 4+ years of experience focused on feature and usage metrics, A/B testing, conversion and retention, segmentation, and developing user archetypes and their usage patterns
  • 2+ years of experience supporting digital product teams
  • 2+ years of experience uncovering data insights to form hypothesis, designing product experiments, evaluating results and making recommendations
  • Experience in working with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Contentsquare or equivalent is paramount
  • Intermediate Level SQL
  • Advanced BI dashboard development using Tableau or Power BI
  • Effective communication skills: Regularly achieve consensus with peers, explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and provide clear status updates
  • Good to have Experience using Python and R for analysis
  • Good to have Experience with Qualtrics to establish customer feedback loops will be beneficial
  • Good to have Familiarity with the marketing analytics capabilities offered by content management system vendors such as Adobe Analytics, Sitecore Experience Analytics, or similar
