Position Overview

The candidate is an integral team member that drives the transformation efforts across the organization, driving strategic change initiatives, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption. This role will support and help drive the development of transformation capabilities, track and report progress, and foster a culture of engagement, employee satisfaction, and welfare.

Role & Responsibilities

- Assess current capabilities and identify gaps, develop and implement comprehensive transformation strategies, including capabilities planning, to streamline operations, reducing costs, and enhancing overall efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize transformation initiatives based on strategic goals and resource availability.

- Evaluate and recommend innovative technology solutions and platforms that align with organizational objectives and industry best practices.

- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of transformation progress, measuring the effectiveness of transformation initiative, identifying barriers and challenges, and implementing corrective actions as needed. 

- Serve as change agents and advocates for a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within MSO.

- Monitor and adjust strategies to address evolving department and projects needs

- Transforming technology with cost control and portfolio management

- Implement training and development programs to address gaps

- Collaborate with senior leadership to set targets and goals in KPI transformation

- Monitor and report on progress towards targets

- Develop and implement programs to increase employee engagement

- Identify and address any issues affecting employee satisfaction

Requirements

Qualification:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or related field

-Minimum 5 years of experience in transformation, change management, or organizational development

Skill Sets:

-Strategic thinking and planning

-Change management expertise

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

-Ability to influence and drive cultural change

-Experience in transformation initiatives and program management

-Leadership and management skills

-Excellent reporting and presentation skills

-Proven track record of successful transformation initiatives and program management
