Position Overview

The Project Admin is responsible for managing and improving reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency. This role involves consolidating and validating data to produce reliable monthly management reports and dashboards, supporting automation initiatives to streamline reporting, performing documentation and secretariat duties to strengthen governance and compliance. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate follow-up actions (average of 17 meetings per month). 

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Analyst to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate reporting and driving process efficiency through automation. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical capabilities, exceptional organizational skills, and experience in documentation management and meeting coordination.

  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Gather, review, and consolidate reports for multiple stakeholders.
    • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly management reports and dashboards.
  • Projects & Automation:
    • Provide support for projects and actively contribute to automation initiatives.
  • Documentation & Secretariat Duties:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.
    • Manage end-to-end meeting facilitation, including drafting and distributing minutes, coordinating schedules, and tracking follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in IT or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
  • Experience in meeting facilitation and documentation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, analytical ability, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Effective team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Tableau and Microsoft tools such as Excel (including macros, pivot table & vlookup), PowerPoint, and SharePoint Online.
  • Ability to organize workload effectively and work under tight timelines.
