Position Overview

National Harmonized Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) is the next national generation pharmacy solutions for Singapore and key IT enabler that aims to transform and unify medication management and supply through consolidating the multiple current isolated pharmacy systems in Singapore, from being provider-centric to one that puts the patient at the center.


Pharmacy users will be empowered with a powerful, user-friendly pharmacy management system that can navigate the complexities of dispensing and supply of medication across hospitals and polyclinics. This state of art solution for pharmacy will allow pharmacy to process, track, and dispense all prescriptions with the highest level of security, accuracy, and efficiency. With this solution, medication information available across clusters with consistent medication terminologies and harmonization of pharmacy operations will enable best practices, accelerating quality improvement and safety initiatives across pharmacies, enabling patients to collect medication anytime, anywhere.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Engage business and vendors for users onboarding activities
  • Develop test strategy with team
  • Implement the onboarding plan
  • Lead the team to influence and manage user expectations 
  • Plan and Strategise business users onboarding activity based on the project deliverable timeline
  • Collaborate with other dependant project team to derive a common business onboarding approach based on the business rollout plan.
  • Ensure that onboarding activities are performed as per the execution timeline, meet business & technical requirements.
  • Ensures users expectations are managed and met. Ensures team is adopting delivery management standards and monitor the progress of the delivery on a regular basis.
  • Anticipate, manage and resolve issues and act as the point of contact for the testing, deployment and onboarding team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology related field, or IT equivalent
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience in project delivery and implementation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage multiple stakeholders including business users, project teams and vendors        
  • Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Knowledge in healthcare industry is a plus
