Project Manager - AIAM (Infra Portfolio)

Position Overview

Senior Manager role performing as the overall Project Manager role  taking care of the Automated Identity and Access Management (AIAM) system comprising of SailPoint and OutSystems.

Role & Responsibilities

• Participate and execute a comprehensive systems strategy aligned with Synapxe’s objectives.
• Plan and oversee the implementation of systems architecture that supports scalability and redundancy.
• Plan and work with HR community to enhance the data from HR systems (multiple) for ingest by AIAM
• Plan and work with stakeholders to enhance the roles mapping for ingest by AIAM
• Lead and mentor a team of systems engineers and technicians.
• Manage and mentor a team of systems engineers, setting clear performance expectations and providing professional development opportunities.
• Vendor Management and Budgeting
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate service providers.
• Responsible for the systems engineering budget and cost optimisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT Project Management handling Identity and account management systems implementation
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in rollout and architecture of Identity and access management. Preferably familiarity with SailPoint and OutSystems in a large enterprise.
