Position Overview
The innovation project are Cybersecurity Attestation Portal and Risk Assessment Portal POC. This role will lead and drive these two projects.
Role & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and seasoned Programme Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of innovation technology initiatives across multiple teams and projects.
As a key driver of cross-functional collaboration, you will work closely with product managers, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely delivery, and effective communication.
Your expertise in programme management, strategic planning, and leadership will play a pivotal role in achieving our innovation goals and roadmap objectives.
- Provide project leadership for the innovation team's portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define programme scope, goals, and success criteria for each project within the portfolio.
- Establish and maintain a programme roadmap that outlines the sequencing and dependencies of various projects, ensuring a cohesive and efficient delivery plan.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and QA, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating project statuses, risks, and mitigation plans regularly and effectively.
- Identify potential roadblocks, risks, and challenges within the programme and proactively implement strategies to address them.
- Lead programme-level planning, including resource allocation, budget management, and timeline tracking.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices across the product team.
- Facilitate regular programme reviews, retrospectives, and post-mortems to gather insights and refine processes.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (>5 years) as a Programme and/or Product Manager, ideally within a product development or technology-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of project and programme management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum principles.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex programmes with multiple interdependencies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with project management tools.
- Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- PMP, or similar project/programme management certification is advantageous.
