Project Manager - (CI/CD) HIP

Position Overview

The Software engineering and development team is hiring a highly driven and motivated individual with 8 years of experience in project management, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and account management to join our team as a Project Manager. The potential candidate will be responsible for leading, planning and driving onboarding projects and oversees the billing processes of our Healthcare Integration platform product.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage product marketing and perform engagement activities including roadshows with other project teams.
• Lead and manage the projects onboarding release plan, ensuring alignment with onboarding requirements.
• Engage and coordinate with other project teams and stakeholders, ensuring collaboration and alignment throughout the project onboarding.
• Track and monitor project progress status, identifying any risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project onboarding.
• Support the internal technical team in product onboarding and roadmap planning.
• Conduct regular project status meetings, communicate regularly and providing updates to other project teams and internal teams on progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and resource utilization to optimize our product team’s profitability.
• Lead and manage end-to-end billing processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance product onboarding and billing processes and efficiencies.
• Providing guidance and support to junior team members and managed a team if required

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant hands-on experience in project management.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects, user management and as a Project Manager for mid to large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools is an advantage.
• Experience in managing in-house project implementation is preferred.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication, analytical and conflict resolution skills with proven ability to translate complex, technical subjects into clear and concise communications to a variety of key stakeholders of different levels.
• Strong leadership and analytical skills and ability to work independently. Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure.
• Versatile in working independently as well as an effective team player.
• Experience in healthcare industry or healthcare IT systems is an added advantage
