Position Overview

National Harmonized Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) is the next national generation pharmacy solutions for Singapore and key IT enabler that aims to transform and unify medication management and supply through consolidating the multiple current isolated pharmacy systems in Singapore, from being provider-centric to one that puts the patient at the center.

Pharmacy users will be empowered with a powerful, user-friendly pharmacy management system that can navigate the complexities of dispensing and supply of medication across hospitals and polyclinics .This state of art solution for pharmacy will allow pharmacy to process, track, and dispense all prescriptions with the highest level of security, accuracy, and efficiency. With this solution, medication information available across clusters with consistent medication terminologies and harmonization of pharmacy operations will enable best practices, accelerating quality improvement and safety initiatives across pharmacies, enabling patients to collect medication anytime, anywhere.

Role & Responsibilities

Testing & Onboarding Manager

  • Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding plans for institutions adopting NHIPS, including ensuring the training materials are in-line with institution’s intended workflow, scheduling training sessions, and coordinating with all parties, including other National Programmes.
  • Collaborate with other project teams to design testing and deployment strategies for the system, including incorporating new processes to ensure all environments’ code sets are intact.
  • Coordinate and strategize the best testing strategy, including defining the test plans, managing of test executions, and analyzing of test results to ensure product quality and reliability. Develop and maintain the various plans in accordance with the project go-live schedule.
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to plan and execute deployment activities including (Technical Walkthrough, Full dress rehearsal, Go-live), including scheduling release dates, coordinating resources and communicating deployment plans to stakeholders.
  • Plan, coordinate and setup command center with other programme integration team for a deployment across various the healthcare clusters.
  • Provide guidance and support to new joiners throughout the testing and deployment process, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information to succeed in the role
  • Evaluate and continuously improve onboarding processing, testing methodologies and deployment strategies based on lesson learned and feedback.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for onboarding institution, ensuring the transition to new systems on the ground is smooth.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on testing, training and deployment strategies for NHIPS for the upcoming institution, including resolution of issues raised in a timely fashion, as per pre-define criteria for exit of command centers for every roll out.
  • Facilitate, tailor the development of the GLRA (Go-Live Readiness Assessment) framework and criteria. Consolidate, communicate and follow-up GLRA key decisions and action items

Requirements

·        IT Degree or equivalent

·        8 years relevant testing, deployment and business users onboarding experience

·        Project Management and knowledge in Excel and powerpoint.

·        Managing defects using JIRA or equivalent tool

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills

·        Knowledge in healthcare industry is a plus
