Project Manager - SAP (CHCS)

Position Overview

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects and is responsible for the execution from initiation to completion.
• Determine project goals to ensure the project supports business objectives and strategies.·Develop project plans which include requirements, scope, deliverables, budget and detailed schedules.
• Define project tasks and resource requirements and to achieve optimal resource utilisation.
• Manage issues and risks that affect the delivery of the project outcome.
• Track project deliverables and ensure projects are completed within budget, schedules and quality standards.
• Present project updates to stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Write approval papers as required for project delivery.
• Manage stakeholders involved in projects effectively.

Requirements

• Experienced with SAP system development and implementation, with at least 8 -10 project cycles.
• Minimum 8-10 years of project management experience with hands-on experience in project implementation and vendor management in medium-scale to large-scale projects
• Experience in healthcare industry is an added advantage.
• Strong people skills to manage multiple stakeholders including authorities, internal senior management, user management, supporting teams, vendors, etc.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong negotiation skills to be able to secure win-win resolution to parties involved.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
