Position Overview
Synapxe is looking for a proactive Office Administrator to manage reception duties, coordinate with suppliers and contractors, and handle general office administration. Responsibilities include maintaining office tidiness, managing purchases, and ensuring all equipment is functional.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day operation of the office reception duties and Circulating of EDM from building management
- Liaison with suppliers and contractors, proper filing of correspondence and contracts.
- Escort vendors for maintenance services to be carried out within Synapxe offices.
- Handle general administrative tasks including arrangement of offsite storage, management of phone lines & devices.
- Assist, obtain and handle office purchase such as stationeries, refreshments, etc.
- Ensure tidiness of the office and meeting rooms.
- Ensure office equipment (coffee machine, etc are functional and serviced on time.
- Other ad-hoc administrative and facilities duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years related experience in office administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to multi-task in a dynamic environment
