Senior Analyst - Automation BA/PM (Digital platform)

Position Overview

We are hiring a potential candidate for our digital platform team.

The work will involve:

• RPA and power platform project management and business analysis
• Driving the successful and timely completion of all related initiatives
• Acting as the single point of contact 

Role & Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for the assigned projects
• End-to-end Project management of multiple concurrent projects including reporting
• Identify and assess automation opportunities
• Facilitate business prioritisation and grow the automation pipeline
• Conduct user requirements workshops for process analysis and documentation
• MS Power Platform administration activities (tenant and environment)
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as required
• Drafting of PDD and ensuring timely sign-off
• Working with developers on SDD
• Support all CR & RPA bug fixes
• Manage risk, mitigation and contingency
• Address any impediments in the lifecycle
• Develop and maintain operational documentation

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines
• SME with working experience with RPA and Power Platform for enterprise IT environments
• Certification in any Productivity Tools (AA, BluePrism, UiPath, Power Platform etc)
• System Administrator experience is preferred
• Solid project management skills
• Good understanding of the SDLC
• Knowledge in process improvement, design thinking, lean six sigma or equivalent
• Knowledge in Agile/ Scrum methodology
• Experience with handling of audit matters and IT security risks
• Work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Cloud experience is advantageous
