Senior Enterprise Architect (NAD)

Position Overview

The candidate will work closely with MOH stakeholders to develop and maintain MOH technology roadmaps, align workplan demands with Synapxe overall technology roadmaps.

Reports to Director (National Architecture Division) and support the respective Asst Directors ; and candidate is also responsible to maintain Enterprise Architecture programmes –architecture blueprints, coordinating across the divisions in MOH and communicating EA framework.
 

Role & Responsibilities

1. Support the maintenance and management of MOH technology roadmaps and IT masterplan
2. Manage and coordinate requests/queries arising from annual workplan and quarterly business planning activities between CIOs and MOH divisions.
3. Coordinate MOH and Synapxe related activities and asks (in relation to IT technology roadmap / workplanning demands)
4. Align entity demand-workplans with MOH overall technology roadmap and entity’s IT masterplan
5. Coordinate with Entities CIO Office, Master Planning Office, Tech Planning, Workforce Planning, Synapxe delivery teams to ensure integration and coordination on all aspects of planning
6. Maintain oversight of demand - workplan conversion and coordinate with Synapxe delivery team to ensure estimations and resource commitments are aligned to planned dates of workplans
7. Maintain oversight of demand – workplan cancellation / deferment 
 

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
2. At least 10 to 15 years of relevant hands-on experience in IT project management and application support
3. Experience in development of IT masterplans and roadmaps
4. Experience in coordinating and managing large scale IT work-planning process
5. Possess good understanding of business and IT needs to drive technology roadmap and planning
6. Strong leadership and analytical skills, and ability to work independently and handle ambiguity.
7. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage diverse groups of stakeholders
8. Experience in healthcare technology industry is an added advantage
