Position Overview

We are hiring a senior executive for our Engineering & Ops team to work on historical data from available industry reports, public information, field reports or purchased sources and performs analysis to support business and product decisions.

The potential candidate

  • is expected to use development tools to generate reports, dashboards and analytical solutions according to business rules and specifications
  • lead important projects and coordinates with internal teams to develop projection on the outcome of implementing certain business strategies that result in actionable insights.

Role & Responsibilities

Identify Business Needs
• Work with stakeholders to define business and information needs
• Support the translation of business needs into analytics and reporting requirements
• Recommend types of data and data sources needed

Analyse Data
• Gather data from internal systems and external sources
• Enter information into data collection systems
• Clean databases from duplicated, outdated or irrelevant information 
• Perform data validation and quality control checks
• Mine data to identify trends, patterns and correlations
• Develop solutions and recommendations to address information need

Report Insights
•  Develop automated and logical data models and data output methods
•  Design data reports and visualisation tools to facilitate data understanding

Requirements

  1. Educational Background:
    • Preferably a Bachelor’s degree 
  2. Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R)
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
    • Familiarity with SAP products, particularly in Budgeting, Planning, Procurement and Financial modules
  3. Analytical Skills:
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to breakdown and interpret complex data sets
  4. Communication Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively converse, convey insights and provide recommendations to stakeholders
  5. Project Management:
    • Ability to provide good support to projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  6. Attention to Detail:
    • Strong attention to details with a commitment to data quality and accuracy
  7. Adaptability and Willingness to Learn:
    • A proactive approach to learning new tools and methodologies in the field of business intelligence, data analytics and data visualization
    • Ability and willingness to take on job roles and work scope beyond stipulated responsibilities, as required
  8. Prior experience in healthcare industry preferred
