Position Overview
The Senior Executive in the Strategy & Policy Office will help to drive culture and transformation from within by designing and delivering engaging opportunities that support leadership activation, foster employee connection, and bring organisational values to life.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Staff Engagement
- Execute staff engagement sessions with senior leaders
- Manage end-to-end logistics including venue setup, invitations, registration, AV support, and refreshments
- Develop talking points and briefing materials to support smooth delivery
- Collect and analyse data and feedback to improve future sessions and measure engagement impact
- Support reporting to leadership on programme outcomes and culture pulse
2. Content Development & Storytelling
- Assist in the development and rollout of communication artefacts to support cultural and transformation initiatives across departments; includes drafting writeups, visuals, and short videos
- Work with internal stakeholders to surface meaningful stories that reflect culture, transformation values, and leadership learning
- Assist in shaping campaign messages that spotlight values in action and culture milestones
3. Administrative & Project Support
- Maintain a calendar of engagement sessions and track event metrics (attendance, feedback, follow-ups)
- Support administrative function including budget tracking, procurement, vendor coordination, and documentation
- Assist in other SPO initiatives as required
Requirements
- Minimally a Bachelors Degree holder
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Experience in content development will be advantageous
- Possess good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong ability to handle ambiguity and high work pressure
