Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Manager of the Learning Operations and Creation team, the hire is required to ensure smooth delivery of the various developmental programmes across the organization to enable a high-performing, agile and future-ready workforce. The person is also expected to work closely with a diverse spread of stakeholders, such as vendors, trainers, staff and internal Synapxe partners.

Role & Responsibilities

Support the administration of our enterprise learning efforts to ensure the smooth day-to-day learning operations in the following areas:

  • Engage in proactive planning of learning activities for domain areas under one’s purview to guide the procurement, allocation of learning facilities and resources 
  • Partner the respective internal learning partners and external vendors in the implementation of learning interventions 
  • Manage the internal and external learning registrations, transfers, and cancellations in alignment with company’s policies.
  • Monitor post-training evaluation by participants for in-house training programmes and work with relevant stakeholders to review the content based on participants’ feedback
  • Manage invoicing by training vendors, and staff claims for learning-related expenditure
  • Be the key administrator for the SuccessFactors Learning Management System. This includes, but is not limited to, creation of learning curriculum/courses, updating of learning histories, and setting up mandatory training requirements for staff.
  • Work on any enhancements pertaining to SuccessFactors Learning Management System in collaboration with internal Corporate IT and HR Operations and Technology teams 
  • Support in the review of the learning operations and processes, to ensure that they are kept relevant to the operating environment as well as introduction of any productivity initiatives such as adoption of Robotic Process Automation
  • Support in learning digitalization efforts, such as rolling out of e-learning creation tools
  • Conduct data analytics on learning metrices to facilitate tracking and reporting
  • Provide customer-centric advice to staff and business units in matters pertaining to learning system processes and application as well as learning administration
  • Support in the administration of other upskilling programmes, e.g. TechSkills Accelerator (TeSA) and returns to the various Government authorities  

Requirements

  • Min Degree preferably majoring in Human Resources
  • Candidates with at least 3 – 5 years of experience in running of learning operations and administration of SuccessFactors Learning Management System will be an advantage
  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, power pivot or similar reporting tools, PowerPoint and comfortable working with large data sets 
  • Ability to create e-learning content using learning content creation tools will be an advantage
  • Has a growth mindset, pro-active, collaborative, and is meticulous 
  • Able to multi-task and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with good follow-through
