Senior Executive - PMO Analyst (Cluster Office)

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in managing our IT investments and strengthening IT governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across departments, contribute to strategic decision-making, and ensure the integrity and efficiency of IT operations.

The individual will support three key areas:

1. Workplan and demand management
2. IT Governance
3. IT Processes

Role & Responsibilities

 Workplan and demand management

• Facilitate the IT workplan and ad hoc demand management process by organising the timeline and communications, collecting requests, conducting prioritisation and preparing presentation materials for management forum
• Develop and maintain dashboards for monthly budget utilization reviews with department leadership
• Provide secretariat support for the biweekly IT Risk and Operations Committee meetings

IT Governance

• Assist in designing and implementing a QA framework to ensure IT projects comply with AIC and Synapxe policies
• Review project documentation and artefacts across the project lifecycle, identify gaps, and work with teams to implement corrective actions
• Establish and manage a central repository of IT policies, workflows, and reference materials to support project team

IT Processes

• Support the centralisation of IT procurement by reviewing the end-to-end process and collaborating with Synapxe and AIC procurement to address gaps, and to ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks
• Develop and maintain a repository of SOPs and workflows for IT processes and collaborate with process owners to address gaps

In addition to the above scope, the individual will be assigned to perform ad-hoc task and activities when necessary.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Proficiency in Tableau dashboarding is advantageous
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and improve processes
