Senior Executive - Program Management (Risk & Sector Governance)

Position Overview

The program manager is responsible for planning, governance and oversight of the successful delivery of the program’s deliverables. The program manager shall have program management skill. Practical experience as a project manager for large and complex initiatives would be useful but not mandatory.

Role & Responsibilities

• Daily program management throughout the program life cycle;
• Defining the program governance (controls);
• Planning of the overall program. Managing the program (including budget where applicable), monitor and report on the program’s status
• Managing program risks and issues, and taking corrective measurements; including escalation to ensure compliance to program objectives
• Managing stakeholders’ communications.
• Manage program’s documentations including minutes, agenda, presentations, artefacts, etc. including the review and verification of program deliverables;
• Coordinating multi-facets of programs such as people resource, program materials, timelines, interdependencies;
• Coordinating cross-program activities, scope, deliverables and timelines;
• Assist in developing project plan, tracking progress, and identifying potential risks or issues.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint and Excel)
• Good knowledge and handling of program management methodology and techniques with ability to understand wider objectives of the programs
• Good written and verbal communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to work positively with wide range of individuals involved in program management.
• Ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
• Knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures where applicable;
• Knowledge of Healthcare and Cybersecurity Act will be an advantage
