Position Overview

The Innovation Capabilities Enablement team is seeking a talented professional to drive our industry partnership initiatives. You will be instrumental in our call-for-innovation process, collaborating with internal teams and facilitating pitch sessions with industry partners. This role also offers the chance to contribute to the development of new partnership collaborations, support key operational functions, and gain valuable experience in planning and executing impactful industry events. Role & Responsibilities

• Spearhead the call-for-innovation process, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams, efficient proposal consolidation, and effective preparation for industry partners pitch sessions
• Manage industry partnership operations, including maintaining a comprehensive database and providing crucial support for contract management
• Navigate procurement processes and policies to expertly manage project-related procurement needs
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and industry partners to strategically plan and execute impactful partner events and engagement activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong strategic thinking abilities with a keen attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels, with a strong team player mindset and excellent stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of the healthcare industry and innovation pathways is a plus
