Senior Manager - Business Architecture (CAO)

Position Overview

The Architecture Office of Synapxe is a team of Enterprise and Solution Architects that supports the public healthcare in technology strategy, conceptual solutions and technical delivery.
We are engaged in planning for population health, precision medicine, medical device and IOT integration, and telehealth.

Are you a business architect that can articulate business strategy and outcomes, explore implications, impact and risk, and anticipate and address stakeholder questions? Come join us if you enjoy constructing
and formulating product strategy and aspire to guide technology-enabled investments decisions for healthcare in Singapore.

Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

1. Work with product owners and program teams to clarify strategic intentions.

Create strategy statements and perform scenario planning.

2. Work with stakeholders to identify and articulate business outcomes

Create business outcome statements, business scorecards and perform economic modelling.

3. Work with implementation teams to explore implications, impact and risk

Create business capability models, value stream models, and risk and dependency charts.

4. Work with design teams to anticipate and address stakeholder needs.

Create journey maps, profile user needs, and develop roadmaps.

Requirements

• Degree in medicine or allied health or business.
• 5-10 years working experience in public healthcare (non-IT).
• Experience constructing scenario plans, journey maps, or any of the artefacts listed in the responsibilities.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
