Position Overview

The Assistant Manager for Release Delivery will plan, manage and deliver Release Management initiatives. The individual will plan for the cut over of data contribution into NEHR, provide day-to-day operation support like system maintenance, production incidents and other activities such project go-live or disaster recovery exercise.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Able to handle, interact and handle the queries from Senior Management and Leaders at CxO level
  • Consolidate, summarize for the Senior Management on Data monitoring, Data Operations and Data quality
  • Take ownership to discuss the Operation Tickets with the corresponding Licensee / Source System / Institution
  • Accountable for the Ticket Lifecyle from Creation of tickets on new Issues, until closure and ensure the activities are tracked and completed within SLA, with exceptions / deviations being escalated immediately
  • Lead the development and implementation of data quality frameworks, policies, and standard operating procedures for NEHR data quality  
  • Lead and execute data quality monitoring programmes to identify, track, and resolve data quality issues across participating healthcare institutions
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and stakeholders to accomplish the set data quality metrics and KPIs  
  • Create and maintain data quality dashboards based on various sectors to track improvements and areas requiring attention
  • Support any audits and assessments of data quality, providing required detailed reports and implement the auditors recommendations and feedback
  • Should be hands on to run the Power BI, Tableau or similar Low-Code or No-Code tools and generate the reports for weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting
  • Should be having the understanding and able to follow the prescribed Data Governance and Data Security guideline and principles

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree
  • At least 15 years experience in Service Delivery related to application operations and process management
  • Self-motivated, driven, a good team player and strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing heterogeneous computing environments or supporting complicated health IT solutions are preferred 
  • Relevant Project Management or ITIL Service Management certifications will be an advantage 
  • Prefer familiarity in AWS, Python, SQL, REST APIs, AWS and GraphQL or any other Programming
