Senior PMO Manager (NEHR Delivery)

Position Overview

The Senior PMO Manager for NEHR ("National Electronic Health Records") will supervise teams of project performance management, administration and resource management staff to support Programme and Project management duties across Planning, Delivery and Operations as part of the Programme.

Role & Responsibilities

• Supervise teams of project performance management, administration and resource management staff to support Programme and Project management duties across Planning, Delivery and Operations as part of the Programme
• Strategise, organise and advise the financial activities to ensure transparent, healthy and prudent use of allocated funds.
• Strategise, organise and advise end-to-end IT procurement activities to ensure compliance with procurement rules.
• Ensure specific set of activities and outputs meets the goals of NEHR in an effective and efficient manner.
• Strategise, organise and advise on manpower planning, assignment, utilisation, competency roadmapping and organisation development.
• Manage secretariats for various programme forums for internal and external stakeholders.
• Inculcate #OneNEHR Team Culture
   

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree;
• Minimum 10 to 14 years of relevant project experiences with management of multiple project funds, contracts and across implementations of at least 5 multi-million dollar IT projects;
• Prior experience or knowledge of Government and/or Healthcare Industry is preferred; and
• Active professional certifications in COBIT, Outsourced Vendor Management, Project Management or equivalent will be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, driven, a good team leader and strong ability to multi-task;
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills;
