Position Overview

As a vital member of the Policy Division, the potential will be instrumental in crafting and implementing healthtech policies to ensure adherence and alignment with strategic objectives.

This role demands a seasoned professional adept in policy development, proficient in stakeholder management and leadership, and capable of fostering collaboration across various divisions

Role & Responsibilities

1. Lead/support in the development, review, and enhancement of healthtech policies, best practices and relevant use cases to the community sector through relevant platforms.

2. Lead/support in the review and improvement of IT policies/processes to support the operational efficiency of business divisions in driving and managing IT projects.

3. Lead/support in the preparation of materials in reviewing and advising managed IT Systems’ roadmap to align with IT Master Plan and target architecture through endorsement from IT Council.

4. Lead/Support in the planning and driving of strategic engagement with community sector relating to technology adoption.

5.  Engage department heads and key stakeholders to solicit input on policy needs and requirements.

6. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure policy alignment with the overarching strategic objectives of public healthcare.

7.  Promote collaboration to ensure policies are pragmatic and synchronized with operational demands.

8.  Provide secretariat support for IT-related meeting forums, i.e., IT Council.

Requirements

1.  Hold a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field, preferably in healthcare and/or the public sector.

2.  Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a policy-related role.

3.  Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

4.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

5.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

6.  Meticulous attention to detail and sensitivity to language.

7.   Proven capability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
