Senior Programme Manager - Dynamics 365 (CRM)

Position Overview

The team is looking for a CRM Co-Lead to assist in leading the project delivery and application support for Channels Domain. The candidate will play a role of the programme manager in providing directions to facilitate key projects and to manage Keep the Light On (KTLO) operations. 

Role & Responsibilities

1.  Assist in managing the implementation of key Healthcare Technology projects within the department.

2.  Emphasise, develop and maintain sound project management skills amongst Senior Managers / Managers to achieve program / project objectives.

3.  Empower Teams to acquire sound understanding of business requirements and have adequate capabilities to review and critique vendors’ design and solutioning efforts.

4.  Endorse the formulation of application implementation strategies.

5.  Ensure that Program projects adhere to established program / project governance principles and conform to approved technology standards.

6.  Manage overall vendor relationships. Resolve high impact conflicts and negotiations.

7.  Ensure that Department achieve targeted resource and budget utilisation.

8.  Establish Program performance tracking so that Department Heads / Teams achieve Program / Department project delivery objectives.

9.  Encourage solid user management, quality improvement and change management projects to ensure high user satisfaction.

10.  Review and endorse staff recruitment

11.  Oversee the establishment of frameworks / training programs to supervise, coach and mentor staff so that staff performance and team capabilities are enhanced and strengthened.

12.  Manage and develop staff competencies to ensure a high performing team that can facilitate care transformation and innovation through information technology.

13.  Ensure there is sufficient engagement and communication with key stakeholders like users’ management, CXOs, other Heads of Departments (eg Clinical Heads) and external agencies (eg: MOH, MOHH).

14.  Manage the departments’ budget to ensure full cost recovery.

15.  Manage the program’s capital and operating budgets to ensure compliance to project utilisation.

Requirements

1. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.

2. At least 12-15 years of project managerial experience with hands-on experience in project implementation and vendor management in medium scale to large-scale projects. Candidate should also have experiences with implementation in at least 8 to 10 project cycles.

3. Very strong people skills to manage multiple stakeholders including users, senior management, IT teams, project teams, vendors, MOH, MOHH, etc.

4. Sound understanding and hands on experience in all phases of the project lifecycle.

5. Strong communication skills and end-user focused.

6. Effective written and verbal communication skills.

7. Good team player and able to coach the team.
