Position Overview

 

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ServiceNow Platform Testing and Automation Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of automated testing solutions for our ServiceNow platform, ensuring the highest quality in our software releases. The role involves building and managing a robust CI/CD pipeline to streamline the testing and deployment processes.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive automated testing strategy for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Lead a team of testing and automation engineers to create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, to understand software requirements and design effective test automation solutions.
  • Establish and maintain testing standards, procedures, and guidelines for ServiceNow applications.
  • Design and implement a CI/CD pipeline to automate the deployment of ServiceNow applications.
  • Continuously monitor and enhance automated testing frameworks to keep pace with platform updates and changes.
  • Conduct regular assessments of testing processes and tools, recommending improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies related to ServiceNow and test automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of at least 5 years in leading and managing testing and automation teams.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform testing and test automation tools.
  • Strong proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • ServiceNow certification is a plus.
