Senior System Analyst - Business Analyst (Cluster Office)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual with experience and skill sets to facilitate IT workplanning and advance RHS portfolio of initiatives. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in planning the workplan, materializing the planned projects and fostering continuous improvement within the organization. He/she will be expected to work with internal and external stakeholders or users.

Role & Responsibilities

• Facilitate IT work planning for Regional Health Systems.
• Partner and work closely with business users, IT project managers, and other staff to ensure projects start on time, stay within budget, and are completed successfully.
• Facilitate scoping and prioritisation discussions among stakeholders to reach consensus, including approval conversations at senior committees.
• Guide business users and IT project management counterparts to ensure that projects and initiatives are conducted in accordance with governance policies.
• Track projects from budget submission through approvals, implementation, and post-implementation reviews.
• Present updates to users and management.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate confidently and professionally to staff in other departments.
• Perform secretariat duties for selected workgroups or forums.
• Perform administrative tasks such as invoice verification on an occasional basis.
• Undertake any other requests as assigned by the Reporting Officer, e.g., AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Possess strong analytical skills, e.g., attention to detail.
• Driven and proactive mindset, able to work both as a team player and independently.
• Experience as a project lead for small to mid-scale enhancements or projects is an added advantage.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatory.
