Senior Technical Specialist - SAP COE (Patient Ops & Health Fin)

Role & Responsibilities

• Engage Solution and Governance team and SMEs in establishing development best practices, guidelines, and quality gates.
• Establish and enforce development guidelines and best practices for SAP projects
• Review technical design documents and application builds to ensure alignment with project requirements and quality standards.Set up deployment processes and code quality gates to maintain high standards in application delivery
• Utilize hands-on experience in database modeling, SAP HANA, CDS views, and performance fine-tuning and optimization
• Work with RICEWFS (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) to ensure effective application functionality
• Guide and mentor SAP Delivery Teams in best practices and innovative solutions
• Ensure familiarity with both cloud and on-premise development tools and technologies to enhance development processes
• BTP Side-by-side extensions for S4 HANA
• BTP Cloud Platform Integration (Integration Suite) /SAP PO Expertise is required 
• Expert on SAP Integration Technology (REST, SOAP, ODATA, File based)

Requirements

• Proven experience in SAP application development with strong ABAP/Fiori programming and integration skills
• Experience in application performance fine-tuning
• Strong understanding of development guidelines, deployment processes, and code quality standards
• Hands-on experience in database modeling, CDS views, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with RICEWFS methodologies
• Functional knowledge in SAP FI, MM, and Billing will be an added advantage
• Excellent mentoring and leadership skills
• Experience in SAP COE will be an added advantage
• Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) /Reporting will be added advantages
