Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as the ServiceNow Platform Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Lead. In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the technical roadmap and development of the SPM module within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in portfolio management and a proven track record in guiding technical teams.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions within the SPM framework.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical roadmap for the SPM module, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and objectives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and administrators working on the ServiceNow SPM module.
  • Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of the SPM module with other ServiceNow applications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards in the implementation of portfolio management solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SPM module, coordinating with support teams as necessary.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in portfolio management and incorporate relevant advancements into the SPM module.
     

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (Min 5 years) in leading and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions.
  • Strong background in portfolio management processes and methodologies.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting languages.
  • Experience in integrating ServiceNow modules with other enterprise applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in IT Business Management (CIS-ITBM) / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is advantageous.
