Systems Analyst - UiPath (Cluster CIO Office)

Position Overview

The new resource will be supporting Cluster's RPA delivery lead in design, develop and configure, test, deploy Cluster's RPA project. The resource will also engage Cluster's business stakeholders to implement RPA processes, help with management of vendors and maintenance of RPA Bots for all stakeholders in Cluster HQ and sites.

Role & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CWH ALPS ICT systems IT owners/SMEs and/or Vendors to understand detailed system flow to facilitate automation of business processes
• Identify, ideate and assess RPA opportunities with business stakeholders
• Work with business stakeholders to design, build, implement and support RPA projects including Cost Benefit Analysis review (CBA)
• Conduct user requirements workshops for process discovery, process analysis and documentation of requirement specification
• Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors as required
• Prepare Process Design Document (PDD) to ensure its timely sign-off by stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal and external developers on Solution Design Document (SDD)
• Support all enhancements & RPA bug fixes
• Manage project risks, mitigation and contingency
• Vendor Management on project and support matters
• Provide training to users and work closely with technical teams (Infrastructure & Security, Applications and EUC to ensure proper system security, performance, data integrity and compliance to established policies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in process automation and AI field
• Tertiary qualification in IT, Business or related disciplines
• Good working knowledge with UiPath RPA products and tools
• Project management and implementation skills with experience communicating and driving projects with business users
• Certification in any RPA equivalent Tools (UiPath ,AA, Blue Prism, Kryon, etc.)  is advantageous
• Understand SDLC, Solution Architecture & Relational Database
• Knowledge in process improvement, design thinking
• Good professional written and verbal communication skills
• Work independently and proceed with objectives with min. supervision
• Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Experience in Supply Chain & Logistics domains is advantageous
