The selected intern will assist in the following projects:

• Coordinate and support end-to-end activities for Competency framework related activities such as Learning needs analysis, skills declaration & assessment exercise, skills mapping, total learning plan development, etc
• Vendor Engagements – Source, shortlist, and recommend training
• Consolidate, collate, and analyse data points for presentation
• Create, organise and manage records in Learning Management Systems such as item & class creations, assignment of profiles, cirrucula & programme management, etc 

About you:

• Pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, IT or any other relevant discipline
• Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
• Excellent skills in MS office applications
• Strong problem solving, decision making, & communication skills
• Good to have – experience in event mgmt, digital applications such as Canva, survey monkey, Kahoot, Slido, etc
• Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
