The selected intern will assist in the following projects:
- Monitor performance of the External Learning Request portlet for continual streamlining of the external learning request process and data collation for analysis of learning needs in Synapxe.
- Assist in the design of Learning Management System review with the objective of enhancing user experience.
- Facilitate seamless delivery of core in-house learning programmes (e.g. Group Orientation, Healthcare Landscape Virtual Reality Modules, Leadership Workshops) through efficient logistics, data and system management.
- Engage stakeholders on end-to-end processes pertaining to programme registration and completion declaration, in alignment with Synapxe Learning & Development policy and perogatives
About you:
- Pursuing a bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing or any other relevant discipline
- Graduating in May/Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Meticulous and proficient in data mangement/analysis
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of and/or experience with HR/learning management systems preferred
- Able to multitask, handle ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
- Good team player with strong analytical and communication skills
- Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
