The selected intern will assist to oversee various cybersecurity projects and initiatives, help define project controls and parameters, track and report project progress against planned timelines and budgets, manage risks and other inter dependencies.

 

Some responsibilities include but not limited to:

 

  • Assist the programme manager to define the programme governance and controls, and to ensure the deliverables are implemented according to the committed requirements and timelines.
  • Collate project activity updates and maintain reporting dashboard, highlighting potential issues which could impact timelines and quality of deliverables.
  • Support stakeholder communication to provide timely updates of program progress.
  • Managing program documentations such as minutes, agenda, presentations, artefacts, etc. Provide secretariat/administrative support in the governance structure and committees.
  • Provide secretariat support to management and governance committees and forums. This includes preparation of pre-meeting agenda and materials; arranging meeting logistics, noting meeting discussions and overseeing for the follow up of action items.

 

This is a good opportunity for candidates who are interested in learning more project management and organisational navigation skills in a healthcare / public sector setting.

 

 

About you:

 

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Business Information Systems, or related discipline
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2025 or May 2026
  • Good communication skills: Verbal, writing and presentation
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills: resourceful and able to find innovative ways to resolve problems
  • Attention to details: Having a keen eye for detail is crucial when working with compliance data, as accuracy and precision are essential for reporting and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Ability to work positively in a team environment, build rapport and solicit collaboration with wide range of individuals is a critical success factor.
