We are looking for suitable intern(s) to join us in co-creation of a User Access Matrix (UAM) and inventory management systems. The system will be used on a cluster level - by TTSH Pharmacy, TTSH Foot Limb Centre and IMH Material Management department. The UAM is an essential tool for managing access control within cluster as it helps to main security, ensures compliance and supports operational efficency by clearly defining and managing permissions of users to various resources.

 

Some of the responsibilties include but not limited to:

- Verify vendor implemented functionalities, gather requirements according to the requirement specifications

- Identify access control and authorised access to sensitive information

- Perform internal testing

- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) with interfacing systems like SAP-MM with users

- Document, track and prepare user guide

- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

- Support production deployment to web application and mobile devices

 

About you:

  • Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering and Media, Information Systems, Industrial Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field
  • Graduating in May/Dec 2025 or May 2026
  • Possess knowledge about Web app deployment on ISS, mobile app deployment, networking and basic network troubleshooting techniques
  • Proactive, results oriented, willing to experiment and learn technologies used in healthcare domain in order to deliver real tangible outcomes
  • Exercise computational thinking to digest and resolve large complex issues
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
