The objective of the project is to implement a new Enterprise Queue Management System (EQMS) for NUHS cluster, as well as perform a technical refresh of all NUHS Self-service kiosks PC hardware.

The selected intern will participate but not limited to the following:

•Support user requirements gathering and documentation for NUHS Cluster EQMS

•Coordinate and provide vendor support on the Win11 Upgrade for NUHS SSK (side-by-side store kit)

•Participate in SDLC activities from user requirements gathering, system integration, testing, deployment, implementation and post deployment

About you:

• Be pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering and Media, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field
• Graduating in May/Dec 2025 or May 2026
• Possess business analytical and problem-solving skills
• Possess a baseline knowledge of system architecture, network and IT security
• Exercise computational thinking to digest and resolve large complex issues
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Passionate and keen to make a difference to re-imagine the future of HealthTech
